Why do I need a paper ticket?

  • Paper tickets are still required for many international destinations. Factors such as, multiple airlines or multi-international cities are dependent of paper tickets.

Can I change the name on my ticket?

  • Domestic and International reservations must be made in the EXACT name of the person traveling. In addition, all international travel must show the full passengers name as shown on their passport.

Unaccompanied minors

  • Unaccompanied minors require special handling when traveling. Prior to purchasing your ticket please review the airline rules and restrictions.

      General Safety Guidelines:

 

  • Children between the ages of 5-17 may travel unaccompanied. This age restriction varies per airline. Birth certificates or passports are required.

 

  • Most airlines require unaccompanied minors to travel on nonstop flights. In the event that a stop is required, change of planes is restricted.

 

  • Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to travel on the last flight of the day. This includes any connection points.

 

  • Most airlines require an Unaccompanied Minor Service to supervise minors throughout the travel destination. There is an additional service charge which varies. Please contact the airline to verify the costs.

 

  • An Unaccompanied Minor Information Form may be required. Please check with the airline prior to departure date.

 

  • Standby reservations are not allowed for unaccompanied minor travel.

How early should I arrive at the airport before my flight?

  • For Domestic flights plan on arriving 90 minutes prior to departure for check-in and security screening. For international flights it is two hours. Allow more time during peak travel periods and inclement weather.

What type of ID do I need?

  • Photo identifications issued by federal or state governments that shows your name, date of birth, gender and date of expiration is required for all passengers over 18 years old. Do I really need a passport to go to Mexico or Canada?

  • Effective January 23, 2007, ALL persons, including U.S. citizens, traveling by air to the United States from Mexico or Canada will be required to present a valid passport, (or if applicable, an Alien Registration Card, form I-551, Air NEXUS card, or U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Document), to enter or re-enter the United States. I've just completed my online hotel reservation booking, how do I receive confirmation?

  • If your hotel reservation was prepaid a voucher will be included with your confirmation page via e-mail. Non prepaid reservations will receive an e-mail with the details of your reservation.

Can I cancel or make changes to my hotel booking?

  • Changes and cancellations vary. Most require at least 96 hours prior to scheduled arrival. You may also be subject to penalties and fees from the hotel.

When will I be charged for my hotel reservation?

  • Prepaid hotel reservation charges will be debited at the time of booking and includes most taxes and fees. Any additional costs such as meals, laundry, telephone and parking are not included in your reservation rate.

 

  • Non prepaid charges are paid at the time of check-out. Local and state taxes, fees and any additional costs incurred by you are not included in the quoted rate unless stated.

What should I do if the hotel can not find my reservation?

  • For non prepaid reservations, locate your booking number provided to you at time of booking. For prepaid reservations present your voucher to the agent. If you were required to enter a credit card at the time of booking, the reservation is guaranteed by the hotel.

I made a car reservation on-line, do I get a confirmation voucher?

  • Yes. All on-line bookings of car rental services will generate a confirmation number assigned by the car rental firm.

What are the age requirements to rent a car?

  • For domestic rentals, most car rental companies have a minimum age of 25. International rentals driver restrictions vary from country to country.  Please refer to the official website of the rental company for additional info and restrictions
